Delivery
Dispatch is weekly ex Australian stock - normally within
3-5 working days from time of full payment. Delivery is
by Insured Australia Post. Novital mills delivered by Startrack
couriers with authority to leave at address. If a model
is unavailable for any reason, we will notify you immediately.
Warranty
Please keep your packing slip as your warranty record, and
Contact Us in the unlikely
event of a fault.
Please remember to follow the instructions carefully, and
that damp grain is almost always the cause of problems.
Always use dry grains.
Returns
If you believe you have a case to return your mill, please
be sure to Contact Us. With
thousands of grain mills sold in Australia,
there have only been a few folk wanting to return a mill,
and we have therefore, a no returns policy. Please be sure
you ask about which model suits your needs. |
