It
was 1987 when we first started milling whole grains at
home. Through my folks who were searching for health solutions,
we found out about the importance of fresh flour. A Retsel
Little Ark got us going by hand at first, and then we
motorised it for a time.
We upgraded to a Schnitzer in 1988 when my folks became the Schnitzer Importers, and we now use a VARIO
every day for our breakfast, bread and baking. It has made a vital impact on our health and enjoyment
of whole grains at home... a slice of white bread at a
cafe is fun, but nothing beats natural everyday whole
grain goodness from your own kitchen!
We now run the business, and as importers of Schnitzer,
Hawos & Komo, as well as re-sellers of Retsel, Novital
& Samap, we are committed to helping Australians
find better health and enjoyment from fresh flour and
flakes. We hope you too will discover the benefits of
