The PEGASUS is suited to in-store health shops, cafes, bakeries
and small boutique milling operations. The slightly larger design
accomodates the vertical milling operation, providing higher
output and better flour exit from between the stones.
Adjustment is via the side lever. Output is collected from below
the overhanging spout, allowing for bags to be cliped on with
the supplied clamp, ensuring minimal spillage and dusting.
