The PICO is beautifully finished in a lightly oiled solid limewood
design. The self-sharpening corundum in ceramic stones are exceptionally
hard and designed for long life and low temperature fine flour
output. The motor is a 250W brushless direct drive induction
design. The small footprint makes it ideal for those with limited
space. A simple twist and lift action of the lid reveals the
milling chamber with hand only removal of the upper stone if
cleaning becomes necessary. The milling chamber is made of very
tough food quality hygienic plastic, solid enough to cope with
every day use. Hand only removal of the upper stone makes cleaning
easy. Available with Metal or Wooden Hopper.
Grains : Wheat, Rye, Spelt, Barley, Oats, Millet,
Corn (Maize), Durum Wheat, Long Grain Rice, Round Grain Rice,
Buckwheat, Linseed, Chickpeas, Dried Peas, Yeast Flakes, Coffee,
Quinoa, Amaranth.
Spices : Include Coriander, Fennel, Cloves,
Fenugreek, Caraway, All Spice (pimento or Jamaican Pepper),
Pepper Corn, Mustard Seed on coarse setting, Dill, Nigella (Black
Cummin), the seeds of Green/White/Black Cardamon.
