The PIE380 is popular in Europe for stone ground flours and suitable for bakery milling, as well as other smaller scale specialty milling operations - up to 80 Kg per day volumes.
Milling stones are natural Naxos Basalt bound in stabilised magnesite - an inert compound that wears very slowly to keep the stones sharp.
Each set of stones will achieve approx 50-70 tonnes of grain.

Grains : Wheat, Spelt, Rye, Barley, Millet, Rice, Lentils, Split Peas, Buckwheat, Oats, Chick Peas, Soy Beans, Dry Beans and Maize Kernels.
